What we do
StakTeck hires technology people for other companies. We fill permanent roles, place contractors, add engineers to a project team, and run senior and specialist searches.
Our recruiters screen for the technical skills first, then check notice period, pay expectations and whether the person actually wants the job. We would rather send you three people who fit than thirty who might.
We are a division of Indivar Software Solutions, a software and consulting company. That means our recruiters sit next to working engineers and can ask them what a good candidate for a role looks like.

Leads StakTeck's New Zealand operations and international client relationships. Brings cross-border recruitment expertise and deep understanding of ANZ and Indian talent markets.
Harpreet Kaur Ahluwalia
Head: Global Recruitment, Client Acquisition
Leads StakTeck's global recruitment strategy and client acquisition efforts. Harpreet has built and scaled recruitment pipelines across India, the US, Australia, and Southeast Asia, placing people with a US consumer-technology company, through a partner agency, and on Indian government IT contracts. Her work covers permanent staffing, executive search and cross-border placements.

From one office in Mohali to four offices in three countries.
Indivar is founded
Indivar Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. opens in Mohali, Punjab, doing SAP consulting and custom software.
StakTeck starts
Indivar sets up StakTeck as its IT staffing division, starting with permanent and contract hiring for tech roles.
Auckland office
We open in Auckland to hire for companies in New Zealand and to place people across India and New Zealand.
Dallas office
We open a sales office in Dallas for clients in the United States.
