What it is like to work here
StakTeck is the IT staffing division of Indivar Software Solutions. We find developers, testers, data people and tech leaders for companies in India, New Zealand and the US.
We are a small team across four offices. You work directly with the people who run the company, you own your accounts, and you see the result of your work on every placement.
Good ideas count more than job titles here. Senior recruiters help shape how we work and teach newer colleagues. New joiners work on live roles from the start.
Our parent company, Indivar Software Solutions, was founded in 2009 and does SAP consulting, cloud and custom software. You sit next to engineers, which makes it easier to learn the technology you recruit for.

Senior Technical Recruiter
Recruit for senior engineering roles in cloud, data and DevOps. You need at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
Tech Sourcer
Find people who are not actively job hunting, through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and tech communities, and keep in touch with them.
Client Success Manager
Look after client relationships, understand what each client needs to hire, and work with our recruiters to fill the roles.
